Refund and Returns Policy

Case when there is a manufacturing defect:
We at Masiha Kart follow a 3 Day Return & Exchange policy all products shopped from our website – masihakart.com only when there is a manufacturing defect. In such a case an immediate return / exchange will be processed for no additional cost.

The process for this case is as simple as dropping an email with pictures and proof of defect to our customer support team available at agenciesmasiha@gmail.com

Case when there is no Manufacturing Defect:
We at Masiha Kart follow a 7 Day Return & Exchange policy on non-discounted products shopped from our website – masihakart.com even when there is no manufacturing defect. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Masiha Kart. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept Returns / Exchange within 7 Days after date of delivery if the following conditions are met:

All Masiha Kart items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Products should be tried without damaging and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Products that are returned without the original packaging, in daily wear and tear or dirt spots will not be accepted.
If your order has already been shipped, we request you to wait until it arrives and then you can cancel your order by contacting our orders team to request its return by going to my orders section and raise a Cancel Request.
For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
Mode of Return:
The customer must arrange a return themselves at their own cost to ship the product back to us and we’ll add the courier charges to customer’s Masiha Kart Wallet.

Return / Exchange Process:
Once the return order has been delivered to us, we will do an inspection and confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment.

Upon confirmation:

If refund is requested, then as per the Return Policy, we will issue a Store Credit of the particular amount minus return courier charges (if any) and excluding any shipping and/or COD Charges (if applied during the original order).
If exchange is requested and the order was picked up by one of our courier partners from the customer’s location then a payment of 150/- will need to be made, once the payment is received we will send new items as per the request. If the return was self shipped by the customer then no additional cost would be applicable.
Case where there is a size issue:
All our sizes are of International Standard, they may be slightly larger what you would generally get from your local market. Therefore, you are required to check our size chart available on each product page.

In case there is any manufacturing defect, then we are liable of issuing a refund/exchange immediately for no extra cost, a proof will be required in this case.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order online within 12 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 3 working days and the amount will reflect within 7-10 working days.

Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.

If you place a cancellation request after 12 hours of placing an order, due to any reason. The management will look for feasibility of the cancellation and a charge of 150/- per item might be applicable if there is a possibility of cancellation.

You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order. An order cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched, in that case you can wait for the order to get delivered and return the package as per our return policy.

In case of dispute:
The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
